As part of a company initiative to provide excellent customer service, ESCO Agency, LLC, a hearing industry insurance and warranty service, has extended its customer service hours to a full 12 hours.

As a result, ESCO’s customer service team will now be available through the company’s free number from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm central time.

Mark Newsome, ESCO’s president, said in the press statement, "Our customers are extremely important to us, and we want to make sure we are available for them at convenient times."

Charlie Stone, AuD, executive chairman of ESCO, added, "As a prior audiology practitioner, I appreciate and respect the limited time practitioners have to get quick answers to their patients’ insurance and warranty questions. Therefore, we have expanded our hours to better serve their needs."
