Clarity, a division of Plantronics based in Chattanooga, Tenn, announced that it promoted three seasoned executives to senior leadership positions: Karen Windham has been named director of sales and marketing; Corina Sandulescu has been named director of engineering; and Jonathan Gray has been named senior product manager.

They have a deep understanding of the unique needs our consumers face and they help diversify and strengthen our senior leadership team with their expertise, insight and experience. Together, we will work to shape the future of Clarity and better the lives of the millions of people who need our innovations.”

Clarity reports that Windham, who was formerly the senior marketing manager, will now oversee all of Clarity’s marketing and sales initiatives in her new role as director. She joined Clarity in 2002 and has more than 15 years of experience that spans product development and the marketing lifecycle. Windham earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.

Sandulescu joined Clarity in 1998 and has held several positions within the company’s product engineering department. Previously, she served as Clarity’s engineering manager and senior program manager.

Sandulescu earned her engineering degree from Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, School of Electronics in Romania.

Jonathan Gray

Before assuming his new position as senior product manager, Gray was Clarity’s business unit manager for the special needs channel.

Gray joined the company in 2009 and has more than a decade of experience working with the hearing loss community. He previously served as outreach manager with Florida Telecommunications Relay Inc, a statewide non-profit organization that provides solutions to Floridians with hearing loss and speech challenges. Gray received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
