Dan Quall literally grew up in the hearing industry - his father was a hearing instrument specialist. Dan received his M.S. from Western Oregon University and practiced as an Audiologist, for eighteen years, owning and operating numerous clinics in the Pacific Northwest from 1980 through 1998. Following his years in private practice, Dan worked with Sonus as the Director of the Greenhouse to develop a unique clinical protocol that has set the standard for effective patient interaction. He then served as Senior Vice President of the Sonus Network from 2000 through 2009. Dan is currently CEO of the Right Hear Network.

Catherine Richardson, MA, was introduced into the hearing industry at a young age due to her personal experience with hearing loss and hearing aids. She went on to receive her M.A. from Louisiana State University in 1998. Following her time as a Clinical Audiologist and as a Network Manager for the Sonus Network, Catherine joined Sonic Innovations from 2002-2009 as a Regional Sales Manager. She is currently Director of Training and Education for WOW! Invisible Hearing and resides in Denver, Colo.
