TAA to Hold 'Audiology at the Crossroads' in NovemberDALLAS — A two-day conference by the Texas Academy of Audiology (TAA) with the theme “Audiology at the Crossroads” will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 14-15 in Richardson, Tex, bringing together hundreds of audiologists from Texas and adjacent states. Renowned speakers from around the world will concentrate on topics include:
“This year, the Texas Academy of Audiology is offering one of the most outstanding programs ever, with internationally known speakers,” says TAA President, Ross J. Roeser, PhD. “It is one that no audiologist will want to miss." The TAA 9th Annual Conference will be held at the Marriott Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel, 900 E. Lookout Drive, Richardson, Texas (just on the east side of North Central Expressway and 3 miles east of The University of Texas at Dallas campus). Featured Speakers are Marion Downs, University of Colorado at Boulder; James Jerger, The University of Texas at Dallas; Aage Moller, The University of Texas at Dallas; Todd Ricketts, Vanderbilt University; Craig Newman; Cleveland Clinic, and an array of other notable audiologists. The Texas Academy of Audiology promotes excellence, ethics, and education statewide. Eight hours of Continuing Education credits will be available along with two Tier 1 opportunities.
