Research Competition

SeboTek® Hearing Systems
SeboTek Hearing Systems, Tulsa, Okla, invites graduate audiology students, dispensing audiologists, and researchers to submit proposals for clinical studies that evaluate premises about SeboTek’s Voice-Q™ PAC hearing instruments. Research project proposals must be received at SeboTek on or before October 1, 2004, and completed study data must be received at SeboTek by January 14, 2005. A panel of audiology experts will judge the completed posters based on study design, protocol adherence, quality of data, data analysis, and conclusions. Three $1,000 cash prizes will be awarded and winning posters will be displayed in the SeboTek exhibit booth at the American Academy of Audiology convention in 2005. Nebraska Hearing Society
The Nebraska Hearing Society meeting will be held April 21-22, 2005, at the Cornhusker Hotel, Lincoln, Neb. There will be a total of 12 CEU hours available, and the Nebraska Hearing Society will offer the opportunity to take the HIS Board Certification test on April 20, 2005. (402) 563-2431.
