I've had plenty of hearing products-related questions these last couple days but on my last day in Dallas one of the most pressing inquiries that has as yet gone unanswered is why all the flags (such as those huge ones pictured above adjacent to the convention center) have been flying at half-mast. If anyone knows, please enlighten me in the comments.
