Avada Audiology and Hearing Care Centers, Louisville, Ky, operating subsidiary of Hearing Healthcare Management Inc, recently introduced A Lifetime of Hearing Care patient care protocols as uniform standards to be followed nationwide to insure every member of the organization provides consistent, professional service for patients.

“In an effort to insure that every member of the Avada organization is committed to this promise and has the expertise and the understanding necessary to provide the optimum level of service, the management have identified and discussed those standards that we believe will offer our patients for years to come the service experience only a world-class company can deliver," said CEO Steve W. Barlow.

The protocols encompass what clinicians are expected to deliver in terms of services and care, from the patient’s first appointment through ongoing checkups. Materials, including a booklet outlining the company’s standards of care and a DVD explaining its commitment to patient care, educate and inform patients in advance of what they should expect during their lifetime of care with the company. The protocols and tools aim to keep clinicians and their patients aware of expectations and processes.

The company notes its mission has always been to serve hearing-impaired individuals with the highest degree of professionalism, technology, and service available.

Avada operates more than 280 hearing care centers nationwide.
