Avada Audiology and Hearing Care Centers, Louisville, Ky, operating subsidiary of Hearing Healthcare Management Inc, recently conducted meetings with 36 key managers, focusing on strategic business planning and improving local business skills through Best Practices application.
The sessions were led by Steve W. Barlow, CEO on Feb 17 to 18, and several regional directors also attended.
"These improved processes and skills will lead to improved local business climate, including patient care and satisfaction with the products and services that we provide locally," Barlow says. "It is important that the key managers help ensure that the company is a viable and profitable company long term, with an emphasis on outstanding patient care.”
The managers participated in a forum where they exchanged ideas on management techniques in their respective regions. They discussed their successes and challenges, and how to build on those experiences to continuously improve attention to detail and patients’ experiences.
