Beltone, Chicago, has given its President’s Cup Award to Terri Zahn-Burnam and Russell Burnam, who operate Beltone of Dallas-Ft Worth (DFW), Tex.

The award is given annually to hearing care practitioners who demonstrate exceptional patient care, community involvement, and professional business practices, the company says.

Beltone of DFW, Mansfield, Tex, operates 15 additional offices with 35 staff members throughout the DFW Metroplex. Zahn-Burnam and Burnam were recognized for contributions to the DFW business community, and both honorees participate in the Texas Hearing Aid Association. Beltone of DFW has won several industry awards and Beltone performance and sales awards.

Burnam, who has served on the company’s national advisory and marketing councils, mentors and shares business knowledge with colleagues in the field, according to the company. He gave credit to the contributions of field partners and hearing care providers in the communities served by Beltone of DFW.

The company also presented patient care performance awards to other top hearing care practitioners from its national/worldwide offices at a recent 2009 national meeting in Baltimore, where ideas were shared and attendees participated in educational seminars on new technologies, says Beltone.
