Kidlfyx Koncepts LLC, Tulsa, Okla, plans to introduce its new product line featuring innovative designs and ideas for adults, teens, and pediatrics during AudiologyNOW! 2009 in April.

Creative solutions for bone conducted devices, taking care of instruments, literacy, and FM portability are among the offerings. Owners Jacque Scholl, a pediatric audiologist, and Kristi Carpenter, an early intervention speech pathologist, have designed a line based on extensive early intervention experience.

“We had to step outside the box to find solutions to long-standing problems,” Carpenter says. “We also wanted the products to look fresh and fun. We designed them as if our own children would use them.”

Founded on the concept that hearing loss isn’t something to hide, Scholl and Carpenter have created products for audiologists to sell and dispense.

Parents serve as the test market for most products designed by the partners.

Kidlfyx can be found at booth 1015 in the exhibit hall.
