Supporters of the hearing aid tax credit recently visited Rep Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) at his Washington office to convey appreciation for his work on hearing health issues, such as co-sponsorship of the Hearing Aid Tax Credit.

The group presented a plaque to the Congressman, who is a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Van Hollen has renewed his commitment to the measure.

The HLAA/AGBell supper held in Washington in October for Van Hollen and his Maryland constituents with hearing loss, sponsored by The Hearing Industries Association, Washington, was attended by more than 130 HLA and AG Bell members. The photo depicts the group’s presentation of a plaque commemorating his visit.
