Las Vegas —Audigy Group set an attendance record for its third annual Fall Summit. The 4-day event, held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, welcomed 768 attendees. The Summit is now the second largest non-manufacturer event in the hearing care space, according to Audigy.

A 20-minute video opened the conference, detailing the company’s evolution. Since its founding in 2004, Audigy Group has grown from a single employee to support over 200 members, over 120 corporate employees, hundreds of unique shared services, and a newly developed international division.

During the meeting, Audigy Group’s founder and CEO, Brandon Dawson, also made a surprise announcement, promoting Mason Walker to president; Walker had been executive vice president.

The 4-day event included over 50 courses designed to strengthen hearing health care practices, as well as the release of several new Audigy-exclusive platforms.

The new releases included:

  • pulse™, an intelligence dashboard that assists practice owners to monitor, analyze, and act on key components of their businesses;
  • prism™, a tracking platform that merges multiple reports to integrate marketing and professional development performance for staff training and marketing strategies; and
  • AudigyCare™, a new third party payor program that is designed to simplify insurance/benefit administration and increase reimbursement rates to providers.
