Beltone, Chicago, has announced two new additions to the Beltone Direct Line of wireless accessories: the Beltone Direct Remote Control 2 and the Beltone TV Link 2. The Beltone Direct Line Accessories wirelessly stream sound from a TV, cell phone, or even another person, directly to the Beltone True or Beltone Promise hearing aids via a 2.4 GHz signal.
“The Beltone Remote Control 2 and the TV Link 2 provide wearers with the ultimate experience in personalized sound,” says John Cariola, director of product management at Beltone. “These wireless accessories give Beltone users the freedom to choose what they want to hear and tune out what they don’t.”
The Beltone Direct Remote Control 2 is a handheld device that allows hearing aid wearers to easily and discreetly monitor and change environmental programs, and adjust the volume of sound they hear coming from the environment, or streaming to their hearing aids from TV, PC, and phone.
The Beltone TV Link 2 wirelessly streams high-quality sounds from a television directly to the Beltone True or Beltone Promise hearing aids via a 2.4 GHz signal, without the need for a relay device. TV Link 2 allows hearing aid wearers to easily hear the TV in a crowded room, and adjust the volume without changing what others hear. According to the company, the new products feature:

Beltone Direct Remote Control 2:
- Adjustable microphone and audio streaming balance help keep the audio from a desired source and sounds in the environment at comfortable volume levels.
