Barbara Crotty, AuD

Audina Hearing Instruments Inc, Longwood, Fla, has appointed Barbara Crotty, AuD, to its audiology department, where she will be responsible for assisting clients with fitting questions, serve on the product development team, and she will have a hand in developing new programming software.

Most recently, Crotty owned Maitland Audiology PA in Maitland, Fla, an audiology private practice. She has amassed 10-plus years of experience in the hearing industry and is licensed by the State of Florida. Crotty is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the National Coalition for Auditory Processing Disorders.

Crotty received her master’s degree in audiology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla, and her doctorate from AT Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Ariz.
