Hearing aid manufacturer Rexton announced an all-new line-up of rechargeable M-Core behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids. The new M-Core devices help “improve hearing in any situation, and include the M-Core B-Li P, the M-Core B-Li M, and the M-Core B-Li HP – the company’s first high-power rechargeable BTE hearing aid that delivers up to 61 hours of battery life on a single charge.”

Recommended for those with moderate-to-severe hearing loss, the new M-Core hearing aids feature the MotionCore platform with High-Resolution Soundpro technology that helps “automatically improve speech understanding in over 120 common hearing scenarios,” according to Rexton.

“This past year demonstrates just how much the country relies on our essential workers, from the factory workers and logistics personnel that are the backbone of our economy to the first responders and medical professionals that have kept us safe,” said Christine Sever, general manager of Rexton. “Our all-new M-Core hearing aids are designed for these Americans, delivering a solution that they can count on to help them live and work as effectively, efficiently, and dependably as possible.”

“By prioritizing the product features that matter most – such as Li-ion rechargeability, industry-leading battery life, and enhanced speech understanding – we’re providing essential workers and other patients with hearing aids that are as durable, dependable, and reliable as they are,” she said.

Rexton MotionCore: Reliability in every situation – automatically

The new M-Core hearing aids can “automatically recognize and adapt to one’s environment better than ever thanks to the proven MotionCore platform, ” which features the all-new High-Resolution Soundpro technology, according to Rexton.

While its predecessor, the Soundpro, was able to identify six acoustical situations and auto-apply unique listening profiles, the High-Resolution Soundpro “automatically optimizes settings for more than 120 scenarios.”

“Rexton wearers want to hear their best in every situation, yet they don’t have the time to manually adjust settings based on where they are and what they’re doing,” said Sever. “The new High-Resolution Soundpro does this heavy lifting for them, auto-adjusting settings based on the highly specific environments so wearers can get back to what matters most in life.”

The M-Core B-Li M includes inductive charging technology and up to 21 hours of runtime, including up to 5 hours of streaming. The M-Core B-Li P includes galvanic charging technology, is T-coil equipped, and includes up to 27 hours of runtime, with up to 5 hours of streaming. The M-Core B-Li HP – the company’s “first BTE high-power” – also comes with an optional T-coil and includes galvanic charging technology and up to 61 hours of runtime, with up to 5 hours of streaming, the company says.

All three models are available in 10 color combinations and are compatible with Rexton accessories and platforms including Smart Key, Smart Mic, Smart Transmitter, and the Rexton app – which is the all-in-one remote companion that controls functions like volume, program change, microphone pattern, and more.

Two all-new charging solutions: Prioritizing health & cleanliness

Rexton has also introduced two new portable chargers – the Charging Station, included with the M-Core B-Li HP and M-Core B-Li P, and Charging Station+, an optional charging device which helps provide consumers with the added benefit of a built-in drying cycle as well as a UV light sanitizing cycle to keep hearing aids dry and help reduce buildup of germs.

“Increasingly, wearers need to be able to prioritize device cleanliness, especially our front-line essential workers and first responders,” concluded Sever. “The new Rexton Charging Station+ delivers convenient on-to-go charging and sanitization so that wearers can rely on Rexton in any situation.”

The M-Core lineup of hearing aids also includes M-Core SR, M-Core R-Li, M-Core R312, and M-Core IX CIC, which were introduced in October 2020.
