Midwest Special Instruments (MSI), a diagnostic equipment distributor for hearing health, has announced that it acquired Medical Technologies on May 1, 2012, for an undisclosed sum. The new combined entity will be known as Midwest Special Instruments Corp.
The new company will operate out of Burnsville and Omaha, Neb, offices, previously occupied by Medical Technologies.
MSI represents most of the major diagnostic equipment brands of the hearing industry, including GSI, Vivosonic, Otometrics, and more. http://www.midwestsi.com/Manufacturers.html
The company also stated that all previously sold service contracts and warranty programs for both MSI and Medical Technologies will be honored through their stated terms.
