2020 Digital EUHA Congress event kicks off on October 9, 2020, with the Digital Future Friday event, EUHA announced. The virtual exhibition area of Digital Future Friday features 30 companies from the industry welcoming attendees to talk with them about their latest product innovations and trends in technology. Participants will have a chance to visit all three exhibition halls hosting 10 companies each, obtain information from company desks—so-called Company Info Points—and engage in live chats or video calls with company staff. Any information, such as brochures, presentations, or fact sheets, is available for download until November 8, 2020. Talking directly to company representatives is only possible during the live event on October 9, 2020, that will take place at 2 pm CEST; internationally renowned speakers will be presenting keynote lectures on forward-looking issues of hearing aid acoustics and the hearing instruments industry, with each of the presentations followed by a live chat.

Beginning October 10, 2020, EUHA digital will be hosting a series of 15 expert lectures. After being released on October 10, the lectures can be watched anytime until November 8, 2020. Every Friday, on Oct 16, 23, 30 and Nov 6, 2020, between 2-3 pm CEST/CET, our experts will be available for live chats to answers the questions posed by participants. Languages: The Congress will be held in German and English with subtitles/interpretation.
Continuing education units (CEUs): Digital education can also be certified with continuing education units. The education sessions of the event have been submitted for certification to the approval center for continuing education of the Federal Guild of Hearing Aid Acousticians. The number of CEUs awarded is soon to be communicated.
