The power one hearing aid battery brand from the VARTA Micro Group, based in Ellwangen, Germany, has announced that it renewed its partnership with the German Deaf Sports Association for 2015. According to VARTA Microbattery’s announcement, the company’s objective is to establish the brand in international deaf sports. As part of the company’s support, the athletes from the German Deaf Sports Association will be supplied with power one premium hearing aid batteries.
According to VARTA, the power one logo will be displayed at all future events held by the German Deaf Sports Association, and EuroDeaf 2015 is coming up soon. International football (soccer) teams will meet in Hanover, Germany for the European Deaf Football Championships to be held from June 14 to 27 2015, under the patronage of Federal President Joachim Gauck.
According to the announcement, power one cells from the VARTA hearing aid battery factory will supply the energy for the athletes’ hearing aids.
