Diane Adamczyk, OD
Salus University, Elkins Park, Pa, has announced that its Alumni Association awardees for 2016 are Diane T. Adamczyk, OD ’85, FAAO, who is the Albert Fitch Memorial Alumna of the Year; and Kathy A. Foltner, AuD ’03, who is the Audiology Alumna of the Year.
The award presentation will take place during a Celebration and Awards Dinner held from 6:00 to 10:00 PM on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Whitemarsh Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill. The dinner, which is scheduled during Alumni Weekend 2016, includes a celebration of reunion classes and a raffle drawing. There is special pricing for young alumni, and an early bird discount for those who register by February 26.

Alumni are invited to attend and reconnect with classmates, faculty, friends, and current students. Attendees of Alumni Weekend 2016 will help celebrate Salus University’s beginning as the Pennsylvania College of Optometry to the expanded institution with multiple programs it offers today, including the Osborne College of Audiology.
Dr Foltner will accept her award at the Salus University Open House during AudiologyNOW! on April 13, 2016.
