WhisperRoom ADA Booth

Even physically-challenged individuals can access the new ADA-compliant sound booths from WhisperRoom.

Everyone should have access to quality sound technology, so WhisperRoom Inc is proud to announce that it now offers booths that are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

“The ADA-compliant WhisperRoom is another step in our company’s evolution,” said Chet Burgess, director of business development at WhisperRoom. “Now the best sound isolation enclosures in the world are accessible to all people!”

Many of the sound enclosures on the market are raised off the ground, making them difficult to access for physically challenged individuals.

According to WhisperRoom, that’s not the case with the new line of ADA-compliant enclosures offered by WhisperRoom. There is at least 5 feet of interior space in the ADA compliant enclosures, a 32-inch-wide door with a “no threshold” design, raised floor, and a 1:12 ramp ratio. Plus, the door handle can be operated with a closed fist. This patented design is only offered by WhisperRoom. Being fully compliant with ADA regulations also makes the company’s booths suitable for churches or other public organizations, as local and municipal restrictions may require ADA access to such enclosures.

Each of WhisperRoom’s ADA-compliant enclosures maintains the top quality one has come to expect from WhisperRoom, with models that are suitable for TV and recording studios, or audiology centers.

Whatever soundproofing needs you require, WhisperRoom says it has a model to fit the bill. “We’re proud of the ADA-compliant WhisperRoom our design and engineering team has created,” Burgess said.

Each WhisperRoom comes with a 5-year warranty from date of purchase. Based in Morristown, Tenn, WhisperRoom Inc Sound Isolation Enclosures has been reducing sound to a whisper for clients across the US since 1990.
