Audigy, part of the GN Group, announced key changes to its executive team as founder and CEO Brandon Dawson retires from the company after nearly two decades of innovation.

Kim Gilmore

Longtime president Mason Walker, who has helped build the business since its inception, has been named CEO of Audigy, while Kim Gilmore, whose eight-year tenure with the company has helped drive robust member growth and success, is transitioning from SVP, member operations, to president.

“It’s an exciting milestone in Audigy’s incredible journey,” said Walker. “As we experience one of our biggest growth years ever, we’ve created a team that’s poised to take Audigy’s mission and vision to a whole new level. Kim is the perfect person to lead that charge.”

Gilmore, who joined Audigy in 2013, brings over 25 years’ experience in both the health care and financial sectors. She has served a critical role in driving operational excellence, has established deep connections with the practice owners and leaders that have partnered with Audigy, and has helped develop winning strategies for Audigy’s membership across all departments in the organization, according to Audigy’s announcement.

“I’m honored to continue a legacy of extraordinary leadership,” said Gilmore. “Mason’s tireless commitment speaks for itself through the hundreds of practices we have helped thrive in the ever-evolving hearing care and medical space.”

Jeremy Roulin

Rounding out the leadership updates are two new additions to Audigy’s executive team: Sam Haney, promoted to vice president of shared services operations, from senior director of business development and strategic business units (SBUs); and Jeremy Roulin, moving to vice president of member operations from SBU senior director.

“Both Sam and Jeremy, who have contributed a combined 16 years of dedicated service, have been an integral part of our company’s success,” said Gilmore. “With their addition to an already strong executive team that also includes Aaron Brotherton, vice president of marketing; Adam Weintraub, vice president of commercial; and Michelle Johnson, vice president of finance, we’re ready to launch a remarkable new chapter for Audigy and its members.”
