Inventis, a company that develops and manufactures audiology equipment has announced the expansion of its local team in the Southeastern United States. Mike Deshler has joined the company as a Regional Sales Manager.
“Mike brings 30 years of experience in the hearing health care industry. Mike has the mindset needed to support our customers locally—and to deliver consistency nationally—so we can continue to take customer care to the next level,” said Riccardo Rizzoli, international sales manager. “I am very pleased to welcome Mike Deshler to our Southeast team.”
Lee Deshler, Mike’s father, founded Tele-Acoustics in 1972, “Florida’s first on-site service and calibration provider for hearing diagnostic and vestibular instrumentation.” Lee worked in acoustics during the early days of manned space flight at Cape Canaveral, Fla. According to Inventis’ announcement, Lee’s knowledge and expertise “allowed him to calibrate audiometers on site instead of shipping them back to the factory.” It quickly became apparent to Lee that by providing on-site service, his customers experienced less downtime, and were, therefore, able to provide better patient care. Mike shadowed his father and was able to quickly learn the importance of customer and patient care.
