Sonova Holding AG, a Stäfa, Switzerland-based company that specializes in hearing solutions, announced the appointment of Claudio Bartesaghi, currently Head of Corporate Human Resources Management (HRM) North America, to the position of Group Vice President Corporate HRM and member of the Sonova Management Board, effective October 1, 2017. He will be succeeding Sarah Kreienbühl, who will be leaving the company, as previously announced, to pursue a new career opportunity outside of the industry.

Bartesaghi (born in 1973, Swiss citizen) brings with him international experience from his current position as Head of HRM of Sonova North America, based in the United States, and his prior role as Head of HRM Sonova APAC, based in Singapore. Before these international assignments, he held various positions at Sonova headquarters in Switzerland, gaining a deep understanding of the globally integrated HRM systems and processes and the strong talent base of the Group. Bartesaghi holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Advanced Studies in HRM from the University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.
