Michelle Martucci
VARTA-Microbattery Inc, a global company that designs, manufactures and markets an extensive variety of high-technology rechargeable and primary batteries, has announced the appointment of Michelle Martucci to Regional Sales Manager. In this position, Martucci is charged with supporting customers and managing VARTA’s sales representative network throughout the northeast and central United States.
Martucci, who holds an MBA from North Central College, Naperville, Ill, brings to VARTA over a decade of experience in the battery, charger and power supply industry, coupled with an extensive sales and marketing background in the medical and consumer market segments. Most recently, she held the position of Global Accounts Manager at Inventus Power. There, she managed a team of sales representatives, application engineers, and customer service professionals to support that company’s custom battery chargers, battery management, battery assembly and power supply portfolio. Martucci also has held senior-level management positions at ICCNexergy, and International Components Corporation.
