According to an article on the CNN website, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and President Donald Trump have one thing in common: they agree that hearing aids should be more affordable.
In an appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Warren, when asked what she and the President agreed on, mentioned the Over-the-Counter Hearing Aid Act of 2017, which President Trump signed into law in August of 2017.
“This law will make a life-changing difference for millions of Americans who experience hearing loss but can’t access the hearing aid technology they need because of high costs and excessive regulations,” the CNN article quoted Warren as having said in a statement at the time of the President’s signing.
