Oticon, Inc, Somerset, NJ, will sponsor Women in Audiology, July 13-15 at The Club at Hammock Beach in Palm Coast, Fla. The two-day conference will bring together women in the field of audiology from across the country to explore such topics as career strategies, leadership skills and personal/professional balance. The program will feature educational sessions led by outstanding women in business and audiology.

Women in Audiology is an Oticon (oticonusa.com) Human Link Conference designed to focus on the issues, challenges and rewards facing women in hearing care.

“The Women in Audiology Conference provides a forum for women in the field of audiology to gain skills that enhance personal and professional growth, to network with other professionals and to share advice and experience,” Peer Lauritsen, president of  Oticon, Inc. says.

Among the featured speakers will be Jan Fraser, founder of WomensConference.org and author of the “Women’s Success Journal,” who will discuss “Communicating with Power and Influence” and Mary Sandro, founder of ProEdge Skill, Inc, who will present “The Unique Power of Women…Dynamic Approaches to Success.”

Other speakers include Gail Whitelaw, PhD, director of clinic instruction and research, Ohio State University and Mary Beth Wright, president and owner of Wright’s Audiology Hearing Care, Inc.
