Audiology Systems Inc, a national partnership of industry professionals, audiologists and local audiology and vestibular instrument experts, has announced the addition of two sales managers in the Midwest region.  Kellie Fedde (top), based in Omaha, Neb, will cover South Dakota and Iowa, as well as her home state.  Eileen Shepheard (bottom), based in Minneapolis, will cover Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Both Fedde and Shepheard will report to Michael Jurgens, general manager of Audiology Systems.

“Kellie and Eileen are key additions to our sales team,” said Jurgens in a press release.  “They both bring many years of experience in the industry, deep knowledge of the audiology and vestibular professions and great enthusiasm to Audiology Systems.  We are very pleased to have them on board.”

Fedde joins Audiology Systems with close to 7 years of experience in the medical industry. She held the position of clinical account manager with an Omaha-based instrumentation distributor in 2010 and 2011, and most recently was with a Fortune 500 medical distributor.  She earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska.

“At Audiology Systems, our approach is very consultative, meaning we are partnering more closely with our customers to really understand their needs and goals,” said Fedde.  “We are not only helping customers assess what their business is now but, as importantly, what it can be in the future.  And then, Audiology Systems will help get them there.”

Prior to joining Audiology Systems, Shepheard was a clinical account manager with an instrumentation distributor based in Minneapolis.  Her background also includes consulting with hospitals and clinicians, and increasing supply chain efficiencies and savings.  She earned a bachelor of science in Medical Sales from the University of St Catherine in Minnesota.

“Audiology Systems has a multi-faceted, highly trained and professional team in place to provide any kind of support our customers need, from sales and service, to training and education,” said Shepheard.  “Our accessibility to our customers is one of many things that really set us apart.  We’re putting technology to work in a whole new way to make our whole team more accessible than ever before.”
