CareCredit, Costa Mesa, Calif, has integrated new advanced reporting options on carecredit.com, helping enrolled practices to manage the financial portion of their business.
The application summary and cardholder available credit report allow practices to view patients’ approved or available credit on their CareCredit accounts. Practices can use the summary report to review their CareCredit activity, such as transaction amounts, dates processed, processing fees, and the payment plans used during a specific time period. The new options allow practices to access statements online and review their merchant activity for current or past months.
Enrolled practices can access the user-friendly reporting features on the Web site.
