Otometrics, Schaumburg, Ill, introduces the ICS Chartr EP 200, a new addition to the portfolio of ICS balance and hearing assessment products.

New and improved features include a complete test battery, flexible and easy display options, waveform analysis, and comprehensive reporting and data sharing. “The system is our most user-friendly EP offering to date” says Wendy Crumley, product manager. "It conveniently assists the users in performing any AEP test with ease.”

The product supports workflow in the clinic by offering portability, with its compact design and laptop capability. The remote-control feature and impedance display on the preamplifier releases the tester from the computer and allows closer contact with the patient. Otometrics offers a shared database for the ICS Chartr EP 200 and the ICS Chartr 200 VNG/ENG system, which makes it easy to save patient information and access the records from the software.

The complete test battery, including ABR, ECOG, MLR, ALR, P300, and customization of protocols, makes advanced diagnostic testing possible. With the familiar Windows interface (including Vista compatibility), integrated software and shared databases, all traditional capabilities for securing data and consolidating patient records are readily available.
