Sycle.net has partnered with HealthiPlan®, a provider of patient credit services for health care practices. The integrated patient financing program allows Sycle.net users to provide multiple payment options for patients.
HealthiPlan allows hearing health providers an integrated system to pre-qualify patients before their first appointment. Because it is built directly into Sycle.net’s Web-based management system, patient pre-qualification requires no phone calls, emails, faxing, or paper forms.
As part of a promotion to launch HealthiPlan, Sycle.net entered all customers who signed up for patient financing between the months of February and April into a raffle to win an iPad. The three winners of the drawing were: Wayne Morris of Elk City Hearing Aid Center, Adam Jones of Hear Here Hearing Centers, and Phillip Allred, MD, of Family Hearing and Sensory Neural Center.
Commenting about the service after his win, Jones said, “HealthiPlan allows us to finance our patients’ purchases in just a few easy steps. The approval ratio is higher than average and the funds are deposited directly into our business bank account within 2 to 3 days.”
Once the patient has been approved, providers collect payment within 72 hours of the sale, according to Sycle.net’s press release.
