About time the A Manufacturing company has helped a independent dealer to compete with the large box retailers who are trying to owns the industry !!!
HA manufacturers love to play both ends against the middle. They want your business but actively market their own stores as well. Problem is their own stores usually have poorly trained staff with a large turnover. When will they learn that this isn’t about selling widgets?
We all know that everyone else charges too much & we are very underpaid! Yes real care & customer service costs payroll . : VALUE
The death of the hearing health providers as written by Meade Killian.
Independent offices are good people with a love for their job and a desire to help their patients, but they are poor business managers. Instead of blamming big box stores for their lack of success, they should find a way to compete. When sales go down, it does not seem logical to increase your prices.
big box retailers are hurting the indie practices and it will become worse with congress enacting otc hearing aids.
Perry U, good to hear from you.
Kind Regards
