To facilitate the sharing of insights, ideas, and best practices, CareCredit has created Insights from the Outside, a panel of “doctorpreneurs” from across many healthcare specialties including audiology, dentistry, veterinary medicine, ophthalmology, and optometry.
CareCredit, with headquarters in Costa Mesa, Calif, says doctors who are also practice owners share many common opportunities and challenges. “For more than 30 years CareCredit has worked with a variety of healthcare providers and their teams,” explains VP of Provider Marketing Randy Baldwin. “We found so many of them were seeking solutions to the same challenges, such as attracting new patients, increasing referrals, providing an exceptional patient experience, patient retention and increasing patient access to care.
