Previously, Pessis was part of Starkey Hearing Technologies, where he worked in business development, helping to build and support its Medical Partners Network. In addition to his experience in the hearing healthcare sector, Pessis worked in the finance industry where he focused on valuation and underwriting investment-grade assets.
