The Web site for Lyric Hearing has won two awards for design excellence. ODA Design Agency of San Francisco designed and built the site for InSound Medical Inc, Newark, Calif.
- The Communicator Award of Excellence in 2008 for the Health care Web site category is given to entries whose ability to communicate positions them among the best in the field. The Award of Distinction is presented for projects that exceed industry standards in quality and achievement. The Communicator Awards is an international awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals. It received more than 9,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world.
- The silver W award honors creative excellence on the Web, and recognizes the creative and marketing professionals behind award winning sites, videos and marketing programs. It is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a Who’s Who of media, interactive, advertising, and marketing firms. IAVA members include executives from organizations such as Conde Nast, Coach, Disney, Fry Hammond Barr, HBO, Monster.com, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Yahoo! and many others.
