Herman also has 6 years of consulting and interim leadership experience for private equity portfolio clients.

"We are excited to add Kim’s experience and leadership to our North American team," said Todd Murray, president, GN Hearing Care Group, in the announcement. "Kim brings with her to ReSound, considerable health care experience as well as an intense customer focus. These qualities will help us building an even more customer oriented organization, delivering more value and high service levels to our existing customers as well as new customers."

Herman plans to continue ReSound’s focus on service, customer relations, and state-of-the-art technical innovation. In the press release, she emphasized that the talent and commitment of the ReSound team is the reason for the company’s phenomenal growth.

"For two years now, ReSound has been one of the fastest growing hearing aid manufacturers in the US," said Herman. "My job now is to ensure that we continue to separate ourselves competitively, and by doing so, we will magnify and accelerate our positive growth trend."
