Unitron’s United Kingdom division has received the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (ISHAA) Best Customer Service Award.
The award was presented at the ISHAA’s inaugural awards ceremony, held November 9, 2012 in Dublin. Unitron was selected by ISHAA voting members representing private and public Irish hearing healthcare markets. Unitron also received the award for Best Mid-Level Hearing Instrument for its Quantum and Moxi 12.
“We’re delighted to acknowledge Unitron’s commitment to customer service through this award,” says Leona Kane, ISHAA secretary. “Across our association, members were incredibly positive about Unitron’s whole customer experience. Whether they were dealing with the company’s customer service, tech support, or marketing teams, Unitron staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile.”
ISHAA is the body recognized by the Department of Social Protection to represent qualified audiologists in Ireland regarding the country’s national health plan, known as the Treatment Benefit Scheme.
