Starkey announced that its Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering, Achin Bhowmik, PhD, has been named a Top Healthcare Technology CTO by the Healthcare Technology Report.
Starkey announced it is entering into a research collaboration with researchers from the Stanford University School of Medicine to study the use of hearing aids equipped with embedded sensors and artificial intelligence to track and mitigate health risks as well as enhance speech intelligibility in challenging listening environments.
Starkey announced that it welcomed US Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota to its global corporate headquarters last week. During the visit, Senator Klobuchar toured Starkey’s technology center and manufacturing facilities.
